Dr. William Eick and our team can’t wait to welcome you to our practice, but before you come to see us, we recommend taking a moment to read through the helpful information below. It will explain what you can expect during your first visit as well as go over our various payment options. Of course, if you have any questions for us, we invite you to give us a call anytime. We look forward to bringing you and your loved ones into our patient family!
Your First Visit
After being greeted by our front desk team, one of our assistants will escort you to your treatment room, and they’ll begin the appointment by taking a few X-rays and diagnostic images of your mouth and teeth. You’ll then get to meet Dr. Eick, who will spend a few minutes chatting with you before performing a complete oral exam. Afterward, he’ll go over his observations with you, discuss any additional treatments you might need, and then a hygienist will give you a refreshing cleaning.
Our practice is currently in-network with:
- Connection Dental

- Superior Dental
- Anthem 300
If we are not a preferred provider for your insurance plan, we will file an out-of-network claim and accept your copay or deductible at the time of your visit. We are happy to work with all insurance plans and make sure our patients maximize their coverage at every visit. To learn more about how we can use your insurance to help you save, contact us today.
Financing is an excellent option for patients without insurance or those who require a large amount of dental work. New Patient Forms
We have made our new patient forms available to you as Adobe Acrobat files. For your convenience, we recommend printing and completing these forms ahead of your appointment with us.
Please remember to bring your completed forms with you for your first visit. If you have any problems getting these files to print properly, please call our Rocky River dental office, and we will gladly send or fax them to you. You can also choose to fill them out in-office, in which case we suggest showing up for your appointment about 15 minutes early.
